Do I need to register an account with you to place an order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order in the Freshtastics Shop. We believe this is unnecessary, as we already provide you with all after-sale information via email, including an order confirmation, shipping confirmation (including tracking code) etc. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- iDeal

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

When will my creditcard be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all of our items, regardless of the amount you buy. 

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will automatically be sent to the email address you entered during your checkout process.

Can I track my order?

All orders will come with a tracking code. This code will be included with your shipping confirmation email, which you'll receive as soon as your order has been processed.

Be aware: it always takes a little while before your tracking code is active (up to a few days).

Do you deliver to PO Box adresses?

No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.

Do I have to pay customs & import charges?

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final, however exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Head to our Shipping and returns page for more information.


When will you add new items to your shop?
We will continually add new items to our store. Make sure to stay up to date via our social media accounts.

Do you guys re-stock your items?
We will always try to re-stock items once they're sold out. Please make sure to stay up to date via our social media accounts in case an item you want is not available at the time you visit out our store.
